Your mission is
to scale projects for our clients and design innovative solutions. Your role will also be crucial in driving our internal "AI-first" mindset, ensuring we actively apply cutting-edge technologies. You’ll help us transition into a future where delivery is driven by AI, while the foundations remain built on solid data engineering.
What will you be doing
Designing robust and scalable orchestration platforms, testing, and securely operating advanced generative models in our clients' production environments.
- Analyzing data using ML and advanced analytics to uncover key insights and business contexts.
- Providing expert consulting and tailoring training programs to meet specific client need
Right now, we have several active projects across the Czech, UK, and US markets, spanning industries from retail and telco to insurance (e.g., O2, Rohlík, Financial Times, Škoda Auto, Partners Banka, or Marks & Spencer). For these clients, we are transforming their core business models from manual to AI-driven.
This is the future of business, and as our new leader, you will have the opportunity to spearhead these projects. You will have a direct, significant impact on how these companies operate.
Your expertise & experience
You have enough experience and knowledge to define the ideal blueprint for AI transformation and successfully execute it (leveraging AI tools along the way). You won't be in this alone. You’ll collaborate closely with 5 other brilliant colleagues in our Data & AI team.
- Customer-Facing Skills. You can stand in front of clients (Škoda Auto, Marks & Spencer, UK/US-based clients), understand their business, and design solutions that make both technological and economic sense.
- Strong Tech Foundation. You master Python and SQL for data analysis and model development - building solutions that don't just sit on a shelf but generate real value.
- Hands-on Machine Learning. You build robust production-ready solutions using libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Databricks / Fabric Ecosystem. You navigate Lakehouse and Unity Catalog with ease and know how to extract maximum value from Mosaic AI for client needs.
- Cloud & MLOps Infrastructure. Whether a client runs on AWS, Azure, or GCP, you can design secure, scalable production deployments, including CI/CD and monitoring.
- Living and Breathing GenAI. You follow the latest trends and can show clients the future of automation.
- Bonus Points. Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) is a massive advantage.
- Drive & Ownership. You don't wait for assignments. You take full ownership of projects and communicate at a professional level in both Czech and English.
