Many of us have been part of INVENTI for several years. One reason we're still here is the absence of boredom and routine. INVENTI is growing, both in terms of projects, turnover, and technologically, but most importantly, in terms of its people. Even in times when business slowed, we remained committed to fairness and enabling people to grow. Many of us started in junior roles, but now lead project teams, train others, or have moved to different positions or departments within the company. INVENTI welcomes any path that make sense for individuals and the company. You can grow horizontally, broaden your skills, or you can grow vertically as a technology expert. INVENTI offers various paths for talented people who want to grow. And that's the most important thing because at INVENTI, you'll meet people who don't want to stagnate.

One of our most important values is partnership, in all its forms. At INVENTI, we strive to create an environment that is safe and inspiring for everyone. We aim to make work part of a good life and inspire others to adopt a similar approach. We seek to engage in meaningful and interesting projects and conduct business in a way that provides us with as many opportunities for personal growth as possible and allows us to take pride in our achievements. And when we are truly proud of them, we know how to celebrate them properly. Our culture is about sharing, laughter, and shared moments. We enjoy spending time together, often indulging in a good breakfast at local bakeries or meeting up in pubs to celebrate birthdays.

Partnership is also about gathering and sharing everyday life together in one INVENTI space. These days, office life is often replaced by home office – and we’re no exception. But we enjoy spending time together, and we do everything we can to make our offices a place invenťáci genuinely want to come to.

Every week, we meet for coffee breaks, play board games together, or organize pub quizzes. Each month, we celebrate birthdays with our fellow Inventors. We enjoy each other's company, support one another, and learn from each other. Whether it's solving a problem encountered during a client project, discovering tips for 3D printing, or perfecting the art of brewing coffee, what matters is that we support and inspire each other.

INVENTI has been on the market for over 10 years and in that time we've built solid expertise and know-how. We've delivered dozens of successful projects, made some mistakes, and learned from them. Today we make the most of that experience and people here are happy to share theirs. If you get stuck on a project, there are plenty of people who’ve dealt with something similar and are ready to help. INVENTI is a place where someone will listen and point you in the right direction. You’ll find people who care about you. We notice how things are going on a project and in life. If something’s bothering you, someone will pick up on it, try to lift your mood and offer support.

We started out as a software house, and that’s still a big part of our know-how, our revenue, and our business. We’re good at it, and we enjoy working on complex projects where we can put all the experience we’ve gathered over the years to use. What makes us even happier, though, is that today we’re not just building software — we know how to build a business model around it and turn it into a real-world application. Within the INVENTI group, you’ll now find several companies we’ve built from the ground up. Thanks to that, we can promise our colleagues that we’re always creating new opportunities — to move INVENTI forward, to develop what we do, and to keep expanding the number of exciting paths you can take with us.

We are all Inventors, which means more than just colleagues. Each of us is unique, and at INVENTI, there's room to be oneself. Since INVENTI was founded, we've built an open company culture that reflects the daily feedback from inventors. We value active participation and collaboration in shaping the company, even though it may have its ups and downs. What matters is that we all want it and support it at all levels of the company. Thanks to INVENTI, you can explore various projects and, within our possibilities, choose your own career path. Some started as testers and became an analysts. Or you can begin with Java and become a software architect. There are plenty of options, and we openly discuss them during regular feedback sessions held twice a year.  We know who among our developers wants to lead a team and who wants to be a consultant or who wants to try out the role of an architect. 

We're ready to help you along the way. You can choose from a range of training from hard-skills to soft-skills. For example, we regularly hold storytelling and rhetoric training courses, or we have organised the prestigious FBI negotiation training. Whatever will help your career development and contribute to INVENTI's development can be arranged.

Our goal isn’t just to provide development capacity, but to be part of building complex digital products and software solutions. We have strong technical expertise, but also a solid understanding of business. That’s why INVENTI is a great opportunity both for young IT enthusiasts who are still looking for their path, and for senior professionals stuck in rigid structures where they no longer see potential — we offer them new challenges.  Our long-term goal is to work on projects that have a positive impact on the world around us. A good project is about longevity and stability. That's why we're now building core teams to work on key projects. They don't just form for one specific project, but stick together and after the project is completed, the whole team moves on to a new project.

INVENTI is a place where we talk openly about everything. We inspire each other, but we also say it straight when something goes wrong or doesn’t feel right. We can talk things out, even argue, but we don’t take it personally. That mindset is key for everyone at INVENTI. You don’t have to be afraid to speak with your manager or the owners about what’s on your mind. We may not solve everything right away, but we always listen and discuss. We want people to be part of shaping INVENTI. That’s why everyone who wanted to could join discussions about our new strategy. Because management sees things one way, and people on client projects see them another – and both views matter.

Initiate the change. Leave your mark on INVENTI. That's both literal, you'll leave your handprint on our wall, and metaphorical, in how and on what you'll be working.

Everyone has the opportunity to come up with ideas on how we can do something better, more efficiently, more simply. Of course, change doesn't happen right away, we have goals, a strategy, a rhythm. What we can clearly promise you is that you will start a discussion that will very often result in change.

INVENTI is a space made up of people and we want people to be heard. Nothing is dogmatic and no one said that what we did one way yesterday we can't do another way tomorrow, if that makes sense. We want to develop, to be better and we want the best to be with us.

INVENTI is characterized by an informal and very friendly atmosphere. From day one, you'll be on a first name basis with everyone, including our owners who are involved in the day-to-day running of the company and running projects. From the beginning, the family and friendly atmosphere of the company has been a priority for us, because we want to make work not an obligatory rush, but a full part of your life. Of course, we are still here to run a business and deliver results, but we can achieve those as a team of Inventors together. That's why we have breakfasts and team building events, go out for beers and try to make INVENTI an enjoyable place to work and meet informally.

We not only help ourselves develop, but we also gladly pass on our know-how and assist others in their growth. We regularly organize a variety of free workshops, lectures, and meetings, not only for our team members but also for the wider public. Academies make sense to us because we simply enjoy seeing the stories of individuals who have gone through our academies, upgraded their qualifications, and advanced their careers.

Every company succeeds solely because of its people!

Do what makes sense to you. As long as it benefits you and the company. Almost everything is allowed at INVENTI, just don't be afraid to ask and go for it. Claim your space and try new technologies, give talks or develop yourself in people management if you want to be a leader, or just whatever else comes to mind. Human potential is limitless and we want to support it as much as possible. At INVENTI, you'll be given the space to fulfill your potential that you often don't even know you have.
