Finance & Payments Specialist | CZ & PL - Prague 5

Become part of the finance team of an international shopping centre company and support the accounting operations for the Czech Republic and Poland.

This role offers a combination of invoice processing, payment coordination, financial administration and cooperation with multiple teams across the business. You will work in an international environment with SAP as the core financial system and gradually expand your responsibilities over time.

Your Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices for Czech and Polish entities using modern digital workflows and SAP

• Review and validate accounting and VAT-related information before posting

• Prepare payment files and support smooth and timely execution of payments

• Cooperate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations

• Support quarterly and year-end closing activities, including VAT and compliance documentation

• Gradually take ownership of additional finance administration tasks, such as:

o travel expense processing in Concur

o vehicle logbook administration

o other operational finance activities

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, accounting or finance administration

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and VAT logic

• Experience with accounting systems (SAP is an advantage)

• Detail-oriented and reliable personality with a structured way of working

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Professional communication skills in English

• Czech language required; Polish is an advantage, not a must
