Own and manage sales strategy and operations in the Czech Republic.
- Set up and scale sales agent network (hubs), telesales team, and key account management team operating across the country.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Provide leadership for the sales department, lead the team and offer professional support and expert advice.
- Work closely with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy opportunities.
3 or more years of experience in the sales leader role, preferably within the SMB environment.
- Data-driven analytical mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Team management experience.
- Be an owner of your projects and proactively find solutions to business problems.
- Be passionate about new technologies.
- You are fluent in both Czech and English.
