Responsibilities

Customer Operations Manager is responsible for launch and leadership of Customer Care, Loan Approval Process and Telesales activities of the company in German market. Aside oflocal team he/she cooperates closely with Country Manager, Group Customer Operations Director and other departments such as Risk, IT, Sales and Marketing. The role initially comes with heavy focus on development of local Operations team including implementation of all key processes.

Requirements

  • Provenexperience in Operations, Customer Care, Loan Approval, Sales or otherrelated areas in fintech or banking industry, preferably in a fast-pacing environment
  • Strong people management skills, able to motivate the team to achieve great results
  • Soft-spoken, brilliant in communication with a good sense of humor, but able to lead department in organized matter, keeping data-driven mindset
  • Willing to travel abroad for business trips during the initial phase of the business
  • Fluency in English and German required, Czech is advantage
