Our cloud team works with start-ups, tech companies and government agencies to make them more productive and collaborative. We are looking for a Cloud Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Cloud Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business with existing clients. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Delivery teams) to improve the entire customer experience. 

What do we expect:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Client-orientation, strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Conducting analysis of clients needs and providing them with sets of recommendations
  • Budgeting and SWOT analysis
  • Writing quarterly business reviews
  • Building plans for long-term activities with clients and searching for optimal solutions.
  • Willingness to travel (occasionally)
  • Native Czech or Slovak and proficient English


Job responsibilities:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer's needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of improvement
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
