On a typical day, you will...
As an integral member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Your strategic mindset, coupled with your ability to translate data insights into actionable solutions, will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
In your position as BDM, you will play a pivotal role. You will take the lead in developing the best practice strategy for selling our solutions that address the specific challenges of our customers, identify opportunities and have a direct impact on our success and growth.
What else will you be doing?
- Develop local/regional sales strategy and contribute to the wider sales strategy
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads in line with the commercial strategy
- Utilize market insights to identify opportunities (identify competitors, potential partners, contact prospective customers and build relationships to generate future sales)
- Present data-backed solutions that address specific business challenges
- Build, expand & optimize long-term relationships with new & existing customers
- As a representative of Colours of Data, to build and maintain good relationship with key opinion leaders and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation
Your expertise & experience includes
- Background in business development, digital marketing or equivalent
- Proven track record in identifying and qualifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and closing deals
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and address client challenges
- Capability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, build rapport with clients, and foster strong relationships
- Previous experience with CRM, marketing automation and data analytics projects is a great advantage
- Czech & English at professional level (spoken and written)
- Driving license
